Ways and Means
Way & Means is one of the guild's fundraising activities. Items are available for purchase to guild members as well as the public. Click on the button to contact the Ways and Means chairperson for more information.
An I Spy quilt is an opportunity for parents and babies to find different objects, groups, colors, textures, dimensions, numbers, etc. A parent says, “I spy a teddy bear” and the child finds it. As she gets older, she can look for parallel lines or photographic images.
Please make a block that measures 6 ½ “x 6 ½ “. The block should have 2 coordinating pieces sewn together on a diagonal. Choose washable fabric showing images, patterns and textures.
Please turn in at the November and December meetings.
This beautiful block is a sample of what is to become a quilt made by guild members and will be sold at Lakeworks or other venues. An announcement will be made where this wonderful quilt can be purchased when completed.
