Our March speaker was one of our own members, Kris Nelson, who presented an engaging program on Foundation Paper Piecing. Kris walked us through the entire process of creating a New York Beauty quilt block using silk necktie fabric, including a hands-on demonstration of how to sew the block. Following the presentation, members shared their own projects created using the foundation paper piecing technique, showcasing a variety of beautiful and creative work.
